What a great find this is.  We have been to Jim Thorpe, PA a number of times but hadn't come across this place.   An art gallery housed in a special old building with a unique restaurant, in a town filled with activities biking, rafting, kayaking, all sorts of artisans, trains, museums and a rich history.  The restaurant/art gallery is in a building that once made steel cables some were used in the making of the Brooklyn Bridge.  It has had other businesses in it over the years but now has been turned into a special place.  http://www.thecccp.org/main/

This glass area lets you look down into the Lehigh River
flowing under the restaurant.

Curried Pork BBQ

Almost Famous Grilled Cheese---Melted Brie, Cheddar, Swiss,
Bacon, tomato, on Sourdough grilled in Duck Fat----AMAZING!

Potato Frites---a hint of curry & cinnamon
Lovely outdoor area!
